Becoming a member of FJDMA

To become a member of the Fairbanks Junior Dog Mushers’ Association, Inc., it is necessary to:

1. Print out and fill out the membership forms. (click the link below). These forms are also available at FJDMA events.

2. Provide copy of child’s Birth Certificate.

3. Pay Membership dues:
